Like the foundations of your house, a building company needs a strong reliable team with building industry experience and knowledge specialising in various fields to ensure a smooth building processes through to handover. We are not a volume builder, but a specialised builder.
Each and every home build is built using local contractors and suppliers/materials where possible. It is important for us to keep as much local content as possible.
We allow for everything you need including window coverings, driveway, letterbox to clothesline, this means at handover you walk into a fully functional home. Our Premium Range includes quality premium selections which then reduces the need for any upgrades. The only thing we don’t include is landscaping and fencing.
With a combined building industry experience of approximately 100 years, we believe we can offer an experience like no other. Our experience is not only in domestic, but commercial, sloping blocks, renovations and extensions to heritage listed homes, unit developments, extensions, and renovations while using a wide range for external and internal building materials.
Our unique design layouts flow from the front entrance to the living areas and beyond but are yet functional floor layouts which have been design by our draftsman to suit a lifestyle suited to Ballarat. All our unique designs can be altered to suit your individual needs/requirements. We will be with you to offer our industry experience and knowledge in order to achieve the layout you and/or your family have visioned. If you are after a fully custom home design, we will also provide industry experience and knowledge to have this vision come to life.
We allow 6 hours for our interior designer to help you style your new home. This time can be done all at once or in 2 visits.
